Name of the OpenAPI description is not very specific

Now what we are showcasing the name of APIs in Kiota VS Code, the name of the Graph OpenAPI is very underwhelming.

Could we modify it to have it more meaningful? Maybe something like "Microsoft Graph v1.0"?
