[V1 RC Bug Bash]: Login doesn't time out

If I run .\mgc login, open browser and provide device code, and I close the login window before providing credentials, the CLI doesn't timeout. I'd expect that the login attempt would time out after 60 seconds.

device code flow has a 10 minutes timeout IIRC.
