Proposal: PeoplePicker to support expansion of Distribution Lists

Description

As a user, Distribution Lists (DL) should show in the list of IntelliSense entries when searching. I should be able to select a DL and "expand" it to add all users in that DL to the PeoplePicker.

Rationale

Users expect this to work, as it's similar to behavior seen in Outlook and Teams. The Teams client today has a PeoplePicker which exhibits this behavior.

Preferred Solution

Show DLs alongside users in search results, with a unique icon. Allow users to select DL and add to PeoplePicker like users, or choose the expand into user items. Completely abstract the concept of DLs to the developer implementing the PeoplePicker, by continuing to return a list of users. (automatically expand any DLs and add members of that DL)
