[BUG] Microsoft Graph Toolkit - Teams Channel Picker - Team's default icon not visible after adding a new team (and channel)

Description: Cannot see the team's default icon after creating a new team and channel in MS Teams. This is happening in Microsoft Graph Toolkit (v4.5.0).

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Create a new team and a channel in MS Teams app.
  2. Refresh the page where the Teams Channel Picker component is hosted.
  3. Open the dropdown that lists all the teams + channels.
  4. There is no default icon shown for the newly added team (second from last in screenshot).

Current behaviour The icon isn't loading correctly.

Expected behavior The default icon should be shown.

  • OS: Window 11
  • Browser: Edge
  • Framework: React
  • Context: Teams Channel Picker, MS Teams
  • Provider: Msal2Provider

Hi @Mnickii, I can still this happening on the first go, but after giving it sometime and a couple of refreshes i can see the icon loading.
