Proposal: Add button and parameter to create a new folder in the mgt-file-list

Description

Have a parameter like the fileupload to also enable the adding/creating of folders for the given filelist.

Rationale

Next to the fileupload functionality, the next thing customers want is to create folders in a library.

Preferred Solution

enable-folder-creation | enableFolderCreation | Boolean to enable or disable folder creation functionality. The default value is false.
