[BUG] Title Tag in mgt.dev html template needs fixing

Describe the bug Search results when searching for Microsoft Graph Toolkit Playground the title shown uses the Webpack default

To Reproduce

  1. Seach using the term Microsoft Graph Toolkit Playground
  2. Observe the result for mgt.dev

Expected behavior This should provide a good page title. Perhaps even just Microsoft Graph Toolkit Playground

I love the suggestion and how it was delivered on the fluentui side. I think this is a critical thing to fix for SEO. Let's prioritize this.
