Proposal: Alignment between Fluent UI v9 and MGT design tokens

Description

Now that Fluent UI v9 was released in GA (https://react.fluentui.dev/?path=/docs/concepts-introduction--page), it would be great to support the same design tokens.

Rationale

A single set of design tokens will be useful when apps using MGT will be hosted in Teams / Office / Outlook.

Preferred Solution

Reusing the same design tokens as a first step and embrace a similar pattern for custom tokens (specific to MGT) so app developers can easily use them.
