Delayed Participant Updated event

Hi,

Is it possible for a Call.Participants.OnUpdated event to be delayed, for example by an hour? Could it also fail to arrive entirely? In our case, a participant started screen sharing, but the corresponding event was received much later than expected.

Is it possible that other events may not arrive at all? Like a call termination event?
