[Customer feedback] - Unable to return records with All parameter

Customer feedback:

I was unable to return all records with the all parameter (for example with Get-EntraUser). I tried changing the top parameter to 20000 which did return 20000 users but it took a long time to return. Returning all users is critical for us for automation.

PS: Performance investigation is handled under in another work item/issue.
