Enable user to customize UI text/views for CSharp>BotAuth project.

  1. Passing named parameters to the AuthDialog constructor. or
  2. Add "BotAuth:ErrorHtml" or "BotAuth:SucceedHtml" to web.config for pages after user completes the authentication process.
