How to change the default language and URL of LTI

Hello The default link and language of LTI is EN-US https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/learn/browse/

May I ask which file do I need to modify in order to become the language of zh-tw?

So at present the Learn LTI Landing page is localised to only English US

When a student clicks on a Module the content will be localised to their system default local settings.

What languages does Microsoft Learn support? Our product learning paths support these languages:
