Feature request: heatmap visual for `flex_index()`

This is a request to have a heatmap visualization (see #143) for flex_index(), such that each work pattern could be visualized in terms of its intensity. For instance, you should be able to see the peaks of activity, and whether the first / final hour is just a single item.
