When using NEW command and then entering the URLs, the cursor was a character to the right of where you are editing.

Brief description of your issue

I was entering a few URLs into a NEW project The URLs were all the same except for the architecture. When I back spaced to change the URL, I deleted the wrong characters, because the cursor is to the right of where the edits occur:

example: kevin [] in the line above, the square is the cursor. If i hit back, you would think i could type an L to fix it to be kevinla. but instead, the tool deletes the N.

the cursor to be consistent with the command window behaviour
