Unable to Uninstall Duplicate Packages
Brief description of your issue
I'm having problems with trying to uninstall or remove the package
Steps to reproduce
Here are the commands issued:
PS> winget list winpaletter

Expected behavior
Ability to target the package in some form or fashion and perform the uninstall or remove the entry from Winget if the uninstaller doesn't exist.

We've been doing some work in WinGet with respect to packages that allow different versions to be installed side-by-side. If you are interested, you could try our latest preview release of WinGet and enable the experimental feature.
WinGet 1.8 now supports uninstalling a specific version of an application when more than one is installed side-by-side.
