Description of the new feature / enhancement

I just want you guys to fix the CDN issue. I literally cannot use winget it will return error "Failed in attempt to update the source: winget". But when I VPNed it works normally. I don't want to open VPN every time I want to use winget. So please fix your server it's been a year now and I know a lot of people out there facing the same issue.

Proposed technical implementation details

Which version of WinGet are you encountering this issue on?

Can you run winget source update --verbose-logs --logs and share the log file?

It looks like WinGet was unable to connect with the CDN to download the "source" package.

Are you able to directly download the file from: https://cdn.winget.microsoft.com/cache/source.msix?

It's been years and Microsoft refuses to fix their CDN for Vietnam.

Hey everyone in Vietnam, try FPT instead of Viettel. The FPT connection to Microsoft's CDN works without VPN.

(I don't know about VNPT.)
