download package index from https://cdn.winget.microsoft.com/cache is very slow in china.

It is because 152.199.39.108 is the most only IP destination from China access

@denelon Will your team provide global anycast cdn service or setup a china azure server?

@LittleboyHarry I will have to look into this further. I believe the intent for this issue is related to supporting mirrors in manifests. Feel free to make a new Issue with the request to add a CDN endpoint for the "winget" source in China. At least that way I can track it as a separate issue.
