Brief description of your issue

I just added a new pin and pulled a new winget list and the package is still showing up. I rebooted the shell window and the result is the same

Steps to reproduce

run winget pin add [package name] and then run winget list

Expected behavior

The package would not be listed to be updated.

Actual behavior

This is the result.
