[REQUEST] Verbosity on `winget search`
Description of the new feature / enhancement
Add extra information to search OR add a verbose option. Possible additions are:
- short description
- release/update date
- version check (showing whether you have an older/newer/same build)
- clickable link if source is msstore
You may not be aware of winget show. Some of the metadata in the manifest (including the installer that would be selected based on the machine and settings).
