[bug] Conan cannot be installed through Winget due to Windows defender blocking AppInstallerCLI.exe

• Conan version: 1.41.0
• Python version: 3.9

Steps to reproduce (Include if Applicable)

Try to install Conan using Winget.

I use the protected folders feature of Windows Defender, but the Conan installer should not need to modify those folders! Also, the warning that I get is also related to the protected folders.

The link says that this only applies to Enterprise Windows, although I am on a normal edition.

If you drag and drop the installer into your Downloads folder, does it work? (This doesn't solve your problem, but I'm curious if Defender has trouble with the installer itself or with where it is)

Yes. I am able to install Conan using Chocolatey.

@aminya is this only blocking Conan? Or are other installs blocked as well?

Only Conan. I also got a dialogue error saying something like: the path does not exist.

@aminya this issue is quite old and several releases of WinGet have come and gone. Is this still happening?

I have not tested, but I don't think it is relevant now
