Incorrect values loading

Hey - Has anyone ever come across the wrong values loading in Multivalue control fields?

We have recently imported an on-prem Azure DevOps Server Collection into Dev.azure.com and re-installed the extension, everything was seemingly fine but now its become apparent that intermittently it will load the wrong values in some fields.

Mostly this seems to happen when the work item opens as the floating card and it loads values incorrectly and then if you open the full link to the work item it loads the values correctly.

We are going through a proxy server.
