Not able to view items with multiple values added on Queries in Azure DevOps

Hello,

Is there a way or a fix to the situation where we have multiple values that are with options for a custom field made in Azure DevOps and in Queries if the value that we are searching for isn't on the first place or just it then the work items do not show up on the query list. See screenshots below -
