What do you expect? I expect most users to "Don't show again" anyway, and we will delete this once we have some other UI

I think we should get rid of this notification now that we have a master-detail UI for this.

@joaomoreno, I think not every user will see that right? My concern is that there's a behavior change here which is surprising and could be dangerous, if you don't realize that there's an agent running around your local machine in the background invisibly doing who knows what.

I seem to be the only one who's concerned about this so if others just don't really think it's an issue then I'm open to killing it now.

I've gotten some feedback that it makes sense to keep it for a release. It's removed in main. If we get negative feedback we can remove it in a recovery release.
