Can you provide an example URL for a cognitive service chat completion? None of my deployments seem to get that URL nor can I find docs

@lramos15 Apologies for using the wrong issue tracker. It seems to me that they are using both in parallel. The issue is known and has already been adopted in OpenAI's java repository. See this stackoverflow for the screenshot of the azure ai portal showing the new URL.
