Powershell terminal freezes when opening up. When i remove the powershell extension the terminal works fine.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Install the Microsoft PowerShell extension
2. Open a ps1 script to automatically open the powershell terminal
3. Wait for the powershell terminal to open.
4. After it opens it Just never loads.
