Can not start API in python Visual Studio Code

Does this issue occur when all extensions are disabled?: Yes/No

  • VS Code Version: 1.100.2
  • OS Version: Windows_NT64 10.0.22631

API in Python VS code can't start after a VS updates. I tried the first 3 answers at VSCode Python extension loading forever, saying “Reactivating terminals”. The API still can't start. My VS version hereenter image description here. Any suggestions? Thanks
