Filter settings that applies to all profiles

A way to filter settings that applies to all profiles in settings. The main reason being when I change setting back to default I also wanna remove it being applied to all profiles(if it set to that). Maybe a better approach is that default settings shouldn't apply to all profiles but there might be use cases for that I am not aware of.
