Tree - updating `workbench.tree.indent` does not re-render elements

  1. Launch VS Code Insiders
  2. Open the Explorer view
  3. Open settings and change workbench.tree.indent Expected: Tree is re-rendered with the updated indentation Actual: Indent guides are re-rendered but not the tree contents
