Fedora 42 - MySql Shell for VS Code - Installation Certificate Will Not Install Nor Prompt For Confirmation To Install Certificate.

Steps to Reproduce:
- Fedora 42
- Installed mysql using internal Fedora 42 repositories
- Installed Visual Studio Code
- Attempted to install Mysql Shell for VS Code
Wizards starts and first thing to do or requested to do is install the certificate .
Then it hangs.
First thing I tried was open output and updated MySql Shell for VS Code 1.19.11+9.3.1

That installed correctly.

Please click [Next >] to complete the installation of the MySQL Shell for VS Code extension. Hitting next In the next step a security dialog might be shown for you to confirm the installation of the certificate.
Please click [Next >] to start the installation of the MySQL Shell certificate.
At this point the interface logs up with a ping circle that goes on and on.
I don't see anything in the output window from here on out. If I go to the Trace output, I see the following.
