Add more LSP specific mapping, icons for different providers

Coming from: https://github.com/microsoft/vscode/pull/243528

As we move towards https://github.com/microsoft/vscode/issues/249479, I realize the current terminal mapping would not be enough.

Should create more mapping, and icons for these different lsp providers.
