GH Copilot Agent Mode unable to create or edit files in build 1.101.0-insider (Universal)

When using agent mode, it keeps telling me it is failing to be able to create any files or modify any files in the workspace. Rolling back to my prior build seems to have worked. Rolling forward bug came back again.
