"Clear all Results" is rather slow (20s?) and blocks the UI when there are a lot of tests

I just clicked "Clear all Results" in the test runner and VS Code was locked like this for probably around 20s:

Ideally this would be faster, but if it can't be, I don't think it should lock up the UI for the duration.
