can the fullscreen mode AT LEAST display a button to exit fullscreen mode?

my cat walked on the keyboard, now i don't have a menubar anymore and i've no idea how to get back to a usable app.

Pressing F11 should get you out of that view.

I have confirmed that this issue shows up in several other applications. Edge seems to be an exception; it implements custom elements that allow the user to get out of the view by moving their cursor to the top of the window. CC @deepak1556

In fact, I would like to mention a bug: if you use the mac chrome browser, and if you directly use the exit full screen button in the upper left corner to exit Zen mode, vscode will still think that it is still in Zen mode, resulting in no display of the resource manager...
