CentOS10 'No binding signature at time' issue

Does this issue occur when all extensions are disabled?: Yes

VS Code Version:
OS Version: CentOS-stream-release-10.0-8.el10.noarch

Steps to Reproduce:

https://code.visualstudio.com/docs/setup/linux Even though I tried following Microsoft's official Doc instructions, get an error that the key could not be bind. Is it because of tighter security policies?
