Cursor color using light themes
Type: Bug
When switching to a light theme in VS Code, the text cursor (e.g., |) remains white, as if the dark theme is still active. The issue is inconsistent: in some cases, clicking on text causes the cursor to turn black.
1.Open VS Code and apply a light theme, when a dark theme was previously active.

Open a file with text content.

Observe the text cursor (|). It appears white instead of black, making it very hard to see against the light background.

Click around the text editor. Occasionally, the cursor turns black.
Expected Behavior The text cursor should consistently appear in a color that contrasts with the light theme.
Actual Behavior The text cursor remains white.
