Disable Release Notes via GPO

The Enterprise Support page says "If there are requests to enact more policies, please open an issue in the VS Code GitHub repository." so:

Can we have a GPO to disable the release notes screen, when a new version of VS Code has been installed? We use VS Code in a school setting and there's no need for students to see this screen.

This is already a setting for this behaviour within VS Code: update.showReleaseNote or Update: Show Release Notes.
