The terms in the Refactor menu are not internationalized.

Does this issue occur when all extensions are disabled?: Yes/No

  • VS Code Version: 1.98.0
  • OS Version: Windows 11 23H2

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. open a ts file, select a class, right click to open refactor menu
  2. the Move to file and Move to a new file term are not internationalized.
