Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open a url like https://vscode.dev/+ms-toolsai.vscode-ai-remote/+subscriptions+<SUBSCRIPTION_ID>+resourceGroups+<RESOURCE_GROUP_NAME>-8278_ai+providers+Microsoft.MachineLearningServices+workspaces+<WORKSPACE_NAME>+computes+<COMPUTER_NAME>:public:<PATH_TO_THE_WORK_FOLDER>?&useMsal=true or click link on the ml.azure.com
2. Connection will established successful.
3. Pres Ctrl + Shift + P and choose File: open folder
4. Select any folder and click OK
5. The error will throw and the URL has been changed.
