Extension Host keeps terminating, extension bisect could not determine the cause

Hi! First-ever issue from me so I hope I'm providing everything correctly :)
I'm using ubuntu 22.04 LTS and have been seeing this issue for a while. Tried both latest production and insider versions of VS Code, issue still persist. Usually I have to restart vs code to resume working, but the extension host would eventually crash again shortly.
Following are output from debug console:
