Setting of selecting hover window by default

A couple of months ago vscode app got an update that change the default logic of command + k + i shortcut, so it doesn't select the hover window by default anymore

I've researched current hover settings, and found no setting that would allow to select hover by default in order to close it with escape, without having to press command + k + I for the second time.

Would appreciate a flag of some kind to specify the default behaviour of opening the hover very much
