Test Explorer Test Item

Hi Team,

I would like to know is there any way by which we can access the Test item which gets displayed in Test explorer VS code using vs code api. I want to bind some kind of event to Parent Test item which is shown in Test explorer.

I can see on right click there are some menus assigned to it and they perform some function like Go to test and hide test.

Looking out for same approach on click.

Any help is appreciated.
