Input cursor is stuck in one position and doesn't move
Type: Bug
Whenever I press Ctrl+C, the position of my current input cursor transforms into a narrow input box that can only display one character in width. All characters I input are confined to this one-character-wide input box. I have deleted all Ctrl+C shortcuts and disabled relevant plugins, but the issue persists.

I found that it was an issue with the Windows driver. I opened the Windows On-Screen Keyboard, typed a few characters, and then closed it. The problem went away after that.
This seems to be a problem of Sogou input method, I upgraded the input to the latest version and never encountered this problem again. However, it is quite surprising that an input method can cause this bug. Can this be fixed at the vscode level?
