settings.json conflicts when there aren't any changes

Type: Bug

Use vscode remote on several different computers (Win/macOS). Use auto detect system dark theme switching on macOS and autoDarkMode on Windows. I still see same behavior as #142342 .

Whenwindow.autoDetectColorScheme is enabled and the OS changes the color scheme, this will modify the workbench.colorTheme. If you have two computers and that happens exacly at the same time, and a different theme is selected, this can cause a settings conflict.

But you are saying there's no conflict?

Yes. Same as the description of https://github.com/microsoft/vscode/issues/142342 . When you compare with saved there would be no difference. Just a "modifed" status settings.json file open. And usually the 2 computers are one sleep that I use at work and one I resume from sleep at home that connect to same remote servers.

This should no longer happen with the latest changes: https://code.visualstudio.com/updates/v1_89#_auto-detect-system-color-mode-improvements In that case, the workbench.colorTheme setting is then no longer modified when window.autoDetectColorScheme is on
