Move Editor into Next (floating)Window
An enhancement for the recently added and very welcome floating windows feature.
Currently there are:
- View: Move Editor into New Window
- View: Move Editor Group into New Window
shortcuts but they always end up creating a new window.
The newly requested keyboard shortcuts would only move editors between already existing windows without creating new ones.
If we were to follow the current naming schema for the groupes (which are quite similar in behaviour), names for the newly added fields would go like:
- View: Move Editor into First Window
- View: Move Editor into Last Window
- View: Move Editor into Next Window
- View: Move Editor into Previous Window
IMHO as long as Next and Previous are there I don't care much about First and Last I just wrote them to have feature parity with how groupes work.
Since floating windows are just editor groups, you can get there by using these:
