Annoying empty cmd window.

Does this issue occur when all extensions are disabled?: Yes

  • VS Code Version: 1.80.0 (user setup)
  • OS Version: Windows_NT x64 10.0.22621

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Opening any expo/react native project.
  2. yarn start
  3. pressing a for opening on android emulator.
  4. am getting annoying empty cmd window! closing it closes android emulator..
