Can’t use Cyrillic letters in console since 1.74

Does this issue occur when all extensions are disabled?

Yes and No

• When I disable all user extensions manually and restart the editor, it still occurs.
• But when I launch it with code --disable-extensions it doesn’t occur.

Maybe this launch option affects something else, some built-in extension perhaps.

Versions

• VS Code Version: 1.74.0
• OS Version: macOS Ventura 13.0.1

1. Open console
2. Start typing Cyrillic letters: йцукенг (qwerty)
