SSH does not work on version 1.70.0

Does this issue occur when all extensions are disabled?: Yes/No

  • VS Code Version: version 1.70.0
  • OS Version: windows 11 22000.856

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. upgrade to version 1.70, ssh does not work, and the password prompt constantly appears, and wouldn't connect.
  2. downgrade to version 1.69, and everything works again.

Thanks for creating this issue! It looks like you may be using an old version of VS Code, the latest stable release is 1.70.0. Please try upgrading to the latest version and checking whether this issue remains.

After a reboot, I was automatically updated. Somehow it works now.
