Debug console is invisible on start.
Does this issue occur when all extensions are disabled?: Yes/No
- VS Code Version: 1.69.2
- OS Version: Win 10
Steps to Reproduce:
- Start VScode
- See Debug console info is not drawn
When I start VScode, Debug Console is empty, it started to happen in the last week. I haven't installed any extension. Does anyone knows the cause? Watch video below:

I have upgraded, same issue.
Edit: as reference, if I add another tab, it appears from beginning.
So the bug might be when only Debug console is alone.
