Interactive Window at the bottom of the screen

Hi,

Thanks for creating this awesome coding environment!

One feature that I would like to be able to use is placing the Interactive Window at the bottom of the screen. For example, that it is a tab besides the [terminal, problems, output, debug console] options. This would be of value to me since sometimes I have to code on my laptop screen alone, and placing the python file and the interactive window screens side-to-side is not great for readability. This is especially the case if the Explorer view for files is also open, or when reading material on the a webpage that would be convenient to read side-by-side the vscode application.
