CMD+D: Select text between delimiters in CSS class names

It's more ideal to select between delimiters than full words when working with naming conventions like BEM/SMACSS. Sublime does this perfectly and also the feature works inside JS strings but all instances of CSS class names (CSS/SCSS/LESS/HTML/PHP ) only select the full word.

I don't mind looking into a solution if this isn't a toggle-able feature (might need some pointers where to start though??)
