New update broke extension

The keymap just doesn't load after VC Code update (now 1.27.2).

As in all the shortcuts are the default Code ones, not sublime text ones.

never mind.. system reboot fixed it. although I already rebooted Code. must have stayed in memory. I also uninstalled this plugin once if anyone is stuck like me.

Okay turns out the hotkeys get disabled during usage for some reaosn..
